Orders & Payment

How do I place an order? Browse our collections, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to make modifications.

Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes — add a note at checkout and we will wrap your order with care. Gift wrapping is complimentary.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? Romania: 1–3 business days. EU & UK: 2–5 business days. USA: 3–7 business days.

Do you ship worldwide? We currently ship to Romania, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free in Romania and on EU/UK orders over €300 and USA orders over $500. For full rates see our S hipping page.

Products

Are Noelino toys safe for children? Yes. All our toys are EN71 certified and made with natural wood, water-based paints and olive oil finish. No plastic, no toxins.

What age are the toys suitable for? Our collection is designed primarily for children aged 3–8 years — the golden age of imagination and open-ended play.

Why are there small colour variations between pieces? Each toy is hand-painted by our craftspeople. Small variations are a natural characteristic of handmade work — not defects. They make each piece truly unique.

How should I care for wooden toys? Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to water or direct sunlight. Occasionally treat with a natural wood oil to maintain the finish.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. See our Returns page for full details.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do? Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
