How do I place an order? Browse our collections, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to make modifications.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes — add a note at checkout and we will wrap your order with care. Gift wrapping is complimentary.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? Romania: 1–3 business days. European Union, United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland: 2–5 business days. United States and Canada: 3–7 business days. Other destinations vary by location.
Do you ship worldwide? We ship to Romania, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected destinations in Asia and the Middle East.
How much does shipping cost? It depends on your destination and the weight of your parcel, and the exact cost is shown at checkout. Orders ship free over €100 in Romania, over €180 in the European Union and Switzerland, over €200 (£172) in the United Kingdom and Norway, over €300 ($350) in the United States and Canada, and over €400 in Australia. Will I pay customs or import duties? No. Orders to the United States and Canada are shipped with duties and import taxes prepaid (DDP) — there are no extra charges at delivery.
Products
Are Noelino toys safe for children? Yes. Our toys are made in conformity with the European toy safety standard EN 71, using solid wood, water-based paints and an olive oil finish. No plastic, no MDF, no veneers.
What age are the toys suitable for? Our collection is designed primarily for children aged 3–8 years — the golden age of imagination and open-ended play.
Why are there small colour variations between pieces? Each toy is hand-painted by our craftspeople. Small variations are a natural characteristic of handmade work — not defects. They make each piece truly unique.
How should I care for wooden toys? Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to water or direct sunlight. Occasionally treat with a natural wood oil to maintain the finish.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. See our Returns page for full details.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do? Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
