Hand-carved from solid ash wood in our workshop in Romania. Each piece is individually shaped, sanded smooth and painted by hand before being finished with olive oil.

Each piece is carved from a single block of solid ash wood, hand-sanded and painted in layers. The finish is olive oil: natural, protective and gentle on the wood grain. No plastic components. Small variations in colour and grain are a natural characteristic of handmade production — not defects.

Vegetable play pieces extend kitchen and market play. The hand-painted detail invites close looking — children notice the cross-section of a pepper, the layers of an onion.
