Wooden Easter Resurrection - Empty Tomb Scene – Montessori & Waldorf

This wooden scene is perfect for developing children's creativity and can be a wonderful source of inspiration for children. The set includes Jesus, Mary mother of Jesus, angel, Mary Magdalene, Mary mother of James, John the Apostle, two roman soldiers, and the empty tomb. The empty tomb shows that Jesus rose from the dead, as it is written on the stone at the entrance to the tomb. Each piece is carved from a single block of solid ash wood, hand-sanded and painted in layers. The finish is olive oil: natural, protective and gentle on the wood grain. No plastic components. Small variations in colour and grain are a natural characteristic of handmade production — not defects.
