This set includes an Inuit boy with a fishing rod catching a fish, and can become the centerpiece of your child's wooden toys sack. It fits perfectly with our other wooden Inuit figurines, and is a great way to help your child learn about and appreciate different cultures. Not only is this wooden toy fun and educational, it's also inspired by Montes

Each piece is carved from a single block of solid ash wood, hand-sanded and painted in layers. The finish is olive oil: natural, protective and gentle on the wood grain. No plastic components. Small variations in colour and grain are a natural characteristic of handmade production — not defects.

Open-ended wooden figurines work best when children are given time, space and freedom to direct their own play. There is no right way to use them — they become whatever the child needs them to be.
