What’s in the Set

This large set brings together an entire Inuit community — 8 figurines, 3 scenic bases, an igloo, a husky with sled, a kayak, and a full catch of fish. Every piece is hand-carved from solid ash wood and hand-painted.

Each piece is carved from a single block of solid ash wood, hand-sanded and painted in layers. Finished with pure olive oil — natural, protective, and gentle on the wood grain. No plastic components. Small variations in colour and grain are a natural characteristic of handmade production — not defects.

Solid ash wood — dense, smooth-grained and exceptionally durable. Each figurine is hand-carved, then hand-sanded through multiple grits for a silky finish. Painted with water-based, non-toxic paints applied in multiple fine layers, then sealed with pure olive oil for a natural, child-safe protective coating. The scenic bases (Arctic ice floes, igloo) are hand-shaped and hand-painted from solid wood. The sled is assembled from multiple hand-finished ash wood pieces. The kayak is carved from a single solid ash wood block. No plastic components, no MDF, no veneers. EN71 certified. Each piece is unique — small variations in colour and wood grain are the signature of genuine handmade work.
