Body: solid linden wood. Structural elements and details: solid ash wood. Finish: olive oil. Painted details: water-based, non-toxic paint applied in multiple layers. No plastic components. EN71 certified. Every surface sanded smooth with no sharp edges. Small variations in colour and grain are a natural characteristic of handmade production — not defects.

Snow White is one of the most enduring fairy tales in the Western tradition — a story about courage, jealousy, loyalty and love that children understand instinctively, long before they can articulate why. The Mothertree gives children a physical world to inhabit that story: not as passive listeners, but as directors, rearranging characters, reimagining endings, and playing out the parts of the tale that no book ever shows.

Aligned with Waldorf principles of fairy tale play, the Mothertree supports deep imaginative engagement, narrative development and emotional literacy. The four-storey structure, working well, slide and swing give children enough physical complexity to sustain hours of unscripted play — not just one afternoon, but weeks and months of returning to the same world and finding something new in it.

Built from solid ash and linden wood, finished with olive oil and painted with water-based non-toxic colours, every piece is safe, durable and designed to last. This is not a seasonal toy. It is a permanent fixture of childhood — the kind of object that becomes part of a family's story as much as the fairy tale it holds.
