Animals & Birds

Animals are the first characters in every child's story. Before princes and witches, before robots and superheroes, there are wolves and foxes, owls and deer — creatures that appear in the oldest stories because they represent something true about the world.
Our wooden animal collection spans three distinct styles: realistic figurines for nature study and collector play, Waldorf-inspired animals with their characteristic warmth and simplicity, and expressive cartoon animals for younger children finding their feet in imaginative play. All are carved from solid ash wood, hand-painted with water-based non-toxic paints and finished with olive oil and beeswax.
From a single snow owl to a complete safari set, from a family of foxes to a flock of tropical birds — each piece is made by hand in our workshop in Romania, and no two are identical.
